Short Version

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Contact support first and include the invoice or service ID.

  • We do not process card payments directly on this website.
  • Refunds are not automatic just because a service was ordered or renewed.
  • Abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are not refund-eligible.

How to Request a Refund

Open a support request as soon as possible.

  • Include your invoice ID, service ID, and a short explanation.
  • Do not delete files or reset the server before support can review an issue.
  • If the issue is technical, include timestamps, screenshots, logs, or error messages when possible.

Usually Eligible for Review

These situations may qualify for a refund, credit, or service extension depending on the facts.

  • A verified RefinedHost infrastructure issue caused significant service loss.
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • A new order could not be provisioned and support could not resolve it.

Usually Not Refundable

These are normally not eligible for a refund.

  • Renewal payments after the service renewed.
  • Services suspended or terminated for abuse, unpaid invoices, chargebacks, or policy violations.
  • Issues caused by customer configuration, plugins, mods, datapacks, server jars, or files.
  • Add-ons or resources already consumed.

Chargebacks

Contact support before opening a payment dispute.

  • Chargebacks may lead to immediate service suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
  • Fraudulent payments or abuse-related disputes may result in account restrictions.
  • A chargeback does not override these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
